Child Outdoor Play Sets Recalled Due To Fall Hazard
Nearly 4,300 out door child gym sets, sold exclusively at Toys"R"Us, have been recalled due to a fall hazard. The May 28, 2009 recall, announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPS), warns consumers to discontinue use of the defective swing sets immediately.
